Meet the Raw Arctic team
Responsible for the commercial side, sustainability, and executive decisions. Casper is educated in innovation and entrepreneurship with years of experience as a fly fisher.
Responsible for operations and outdoor adventures. Isak is a trained Arctic adventure guide with expert knowledge of Greenland’s wilderness.
Responsible for company finances and boat maintenance. Rasmus is a certified captain and master mariner with years of maritime expertise and medical training.
Certified Arctic Adventure Guide Responsible as SOME manager, she combines her love for Greenlandic nature and the outdoors with professionalism.
Responsible for photography, videography, and field operations. Alataq documents Greenland’s landscapes and experiences through his work behind the camera and in video editing.
Responsible for creative direction and brand management, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling that merges authenticity with innovation.
Responsible for fishing operations and ensuring safety during expeditions in Greenland’s wilderness. With years of experience as an infantry soldier and training as a combat medic.
As a certified Arctic Adventure Guide, Aviaq am responsible for guiding our guests, navigating our boats, and managing camp operations deep within the fjords.
Inaluk is a trained Arctic Adventure guide and chef, and has been onboard a school ship which comes with remarkable sets of skills as a sailor.
Responsible for hands-on tasks and guided tours in both fly fishing and deep-sea fishing. He is passionate about fly fishing and by Greenland’s fishing opportunities.
Martin holds a 1st Class Skipper License and has extensive experience navigating the North Atlantic and Bering Sea on tugboats, fishing vessels, and tour boats.
Barlaj has been sailing Greenland’s west coast since he was 13. Now 55, his deep experience and instinct for these waters make him an unmatched skipper in the Arctic.
Sven is responsible for fly fishing guiding in Camp Isua. He has years of experience, with a flair for professional photographing.
